  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders are only shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday). We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders:
    • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 (for standard shipping only).
  • International Orders:
    • Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the country.
    • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays.

Address Accuracy

  • Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If there’s an issue with your address after placing your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@etrege.com.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@etrege.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Any claims for lost or damaged goods must be filed within 7 days of receiving your order.
