    • Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

  2. Order Cancellation After Shipment:

    • If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel the purchase. However, you may be able to return the items once received according to our Return Policy.
    • Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for instructions on how to return an item.
  3. Subscription or Membership Cancellation:

    • If you are subscribed to any membership or subscription service (such as exclusive offers, product subscriptions, etc.), you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle begins.
    • To cancel a subscription, please email support@etrege.com or log in to your account and follow the cancellation instructions. Ensure to cancel before your next payment to avoid any charges.
  4. Digital Products or Services:

    • For digital downloads or services that are immediately accessible after purchase (e.g., eBooks, online courses, etc.), cancellations are only possible if the product hasn’t been downloaded or accessed.
    • Once the product has been downloaded or used, the purchase is final, and no cancellations will be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • If your order is cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
  • If the order is cancelled after shipment, the refund will be processed once the item has been returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
